There are two main shipping methods available on Shipping Temp:

Standard shipping, via Hong-Kong Post
Express shipping, via EMS, DHL, UPS or Fedex

Standard shipping：If you order from any shop (including ShopTemp) based in China or around Hong-Kong, you need to be aware of the final dates imposed by the Hong-Kong Post, the company that handles shipping and deliveries.To check the deadline for your country,please open this page and find out the exact deadline.

Express Shippin：
gEven though delivery companies promise 3 to 5 business day delivery, it tends to be a little longer during the Christmas period. So if you want to receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend purchasing before December 15. This is merely an estimation and we cannot guarantee that ordering this late will ensure reception before Christmas.

ShopTemp's involvement in shipping：
When ShopTemp receives your order, it ships it the same or next business day (depending on the time of the day that you placed the order). If you're lucky enough to order at the perfect time, it could even get shipped within the hour! Once we forward your parcel to the delivery company, there's unfortunately nothing more we can do to speed up the process. Slowdowns from postal services are completely independent from us. The only thing we can recommend you is to place your order early enough to be sure that you can get them in time!
